This Privacy Policy describes how Seloc AB processes personal data when you use the

Entri mobile application. Seloc AB acts as the Data Controller for all processing described below.

1. Personal Data We Process

1.1. Data You Provide

We process the information you provide during account creation and use of the Application, including: first name and

last name, email address, password, smart lock names and configuration settings, access methods (PIN codes,

fingerprints, tags), access schedules and restrictions, and access logs.

1.2. Automatically Collected Data

When using the Application, we may process device model, operating system version, device identifier, app interaction

information, and Bluetooth connection status related to lock management.

The following table shows the purpose of processing, data categories involved, and legal basis under GDPR:

3. Bluetooth

Bluetooth is required to discover locks, pair and configure devices, update lock settings, and sync access data

between your device and your lock. Disabling Bluetooth may limit Application functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We may share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

4.1. Service Providers (Processors): Trusted service providers processing data on our behalf (cloud hosting,

authentication, lock management).

4.2. Lock Technology Provider: TTLock (EU-hosted processor) for lock operation and synchronization.

4.3. Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed to comply with laws or legal requests.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. International Transfers

All data is processed and stored within the European Union. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data according to the following categories:

8. Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly process data from children

under this age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact it@seloc.se.

9. Security Measures

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of sensitive information,

secure communication channels, access controls and authentication, and regular security reviews and monitoring.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you within the Application

or by email.
